Sarah S. Thomas is the founder and Clinical Director of Another Chance Marriage and Family Counseling Services, Inc.—a trauma-informed practice grounded in compassion, clinical integrity, and a belief in second chances. With over two decades of experience in mental health and social services, Sarah has worked with children, teens, adults, and families impacted by trauma, instability, and emotional challenges. She specializes in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, burnout, and self-identity work. Known for her calm, intuitive presence, Sarah creates a nonjudgmental space for clients to be seen, heard, and empowered. She integrates CBT, DBT, and culturally responsive care into her sessions and provides supervision to associate clinicians.
