If your insurance is not listed, we may be able to provide a Superbill for you to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
What are you session rates?
Rates are based on a standard clinical hour (approximately 50 minutes) and may vary depending on the type and length of service. Our current fee schedule is:
Intake Assessment: $185
Individual Therapy (Standard 45–50 min): $135
Extended Therapy (53+ min): $150
Shorter Session (30–38 min): $115
Couples & Family Therapy: $175
Group Therapy (per hour): $50
Crisis or After-Hours Session: $175
What ages do you work with
We work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. Our clinicians are trained in developmentally appropriate and trauma-informed approaches for all age groups.
What can I expect at my first appointment?
Your first session will be an intake assessment. We’ll explore your current concerns, history, and goals for therapy. You’ll also have a chance to ask questions and determine if we’re a good fit for your needs.
Do you offer online or telehealth sessions?
Yes. We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions for clients throughout California via TherapyNotes™. You can choose telehealth or in-person appointments based on your preference and availability.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. After two (2) consecutive late cancellations, scheduling options may be limited.
Do you provide crisis services?
We offer crisis support for established clients only. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or the 988 Crisis & Suicide Lifeline.
Are your therapists licensed?
Yes. All clinicians are either licensed mental health professionals or pre-licensed associates under supervision. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of clinical care and professionalism.
